Write to support@meowlyco.com and we will reply within 24 business hours.

To help us solve your issue on the first reply, please include:

• Your order number (it is in your confirmation email).
• The email address you used at checkout.
• A short description of the issue.
• Photos of the item and its packaging if anything arrived damaged, defective, or wrong. Please tell us as soon as you notice, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can make it right quickly.

Every message goes straight to the team that can fix things, so nothing sits in a queue waiting to be passed on. We would rather run one channel properly than advertise a phone desk nobody is sitting at.

A Note on Time Zones

Our support team works Monday through Friday on Hong Kong Time (HKT, GMT+8). Hong Kong runs 12 hours ahead of US Eastern Time while US daylight saving is in effect, and 13 hours ahead for the rest of the year, so our working hours fall overnight in the United States. That is exactly why we run email rather than a phone line: you can write at any hour that suits you, and your message is waiting for us when the day starts in Hong Kong. “24 business hours” counts only those working days, so a Friday night email normally gets a reply on Monday.

Business Address vs. Return Address

meowlyco is owned and operated by RIZMOS LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong, whose director and legal representative is Nguyen Trong Doan. Our registered office is at Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong. This is an administrative address only. No staff work on site, so mail or packages sent there will not reach our team, and returns sent there cannot be processed or refunded.

All returns need an RMA number first. Email support@meowlyco.com to get one, then ship your return to our US returns facility:

Business Hours

We handle support Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT, GMT+8), which is roughly 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM US Eastern Time (one hour earlier outside US daylight saving). Messages that arrive outside those hours are answered on the next business day, and every email gets a reply within 24 business hours.
