A Note on Time Zones

Our support team works Monday through Friday on Hong Kong Time (HKT, GMT+8). Hong Kong runs 12 hours ahead of US Eastern Time while US daylight saving is in effect, and 13 hours ahead for the rest of the year, so our working hours fall overnight in the United States. That is exactly why we run email rather than a phone line: you can write at any hour that suits you, and your message is waiting for us when the day starts in Hong Kong. “24 business hours” counts only those working days, so a Friday night email normally gets a reply on Monday.

Our registered office is at Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong. This is an administrative address only. No staff work on site, so mail or packages sent there will not reach our team, and returns sent there cannot be processed or refunded.

All returns need an RMA number first. Email support@meowlyco.com to get one, then ship your return to our US returns facility:

Business Hours
