A Note on Time Zones

Our support team works Monday through Friday on Hong Kong Time (HKT, GMT+8). Our registered office is at Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong. This is an administrative address only. No staff work on site, so mail or packages sent there will not reach our team, and returns sent there cannot be processed or refunded.

All returns need an RMA number first. Email support@meowlyco.com to get one, then ship your return to our US returns facility:
